London top must see by walking distance from this hotel
Great place to stay and make great walks around London city centre, all major London must see are 15-30 min walking . Good typical english breakfast. Helpfull stuff. Room ok
Do not use hotel restaurant - food is less then poor in taste and quality (tried 2 dishes)

Rooms are clean and a good size for a family of 4 The location is good and the staff were very helpful. Will gladly stay there again
Restaurant food wasn't the greatest on some of the classic dishes. Staff were great, just a little let down on the quality of the food being served

What was the highlight of Novotel London Waterloo
Good location
The location is good, close to the south bank and Westminster. We walked to Millbank pier and used the Uber boat for getting around which was a great way to see the city and more relaxing than the tube. The room was comfortable and a good size. Did not have breakfast here so cannot comment.
The bed was a bit firm for our liking, not very comfortable. The USB outlets on one side of the bed did not work at all and no plug socket so not good for charging phone etc at night. Very noisy neighbours in one of the nearby rooms playing heavy metal in the middle of the night. We had an adjoining room which was nothing to do with our party and felt uneasy that these doors did not lock, did not feel very secure and there was someone staying in there. Also both had a drink in the bar and the beer tasted off and dirty glasses.

Good location, brilliant staff, good facilities
Bedding was uncomfortable, poorly fitted duvet to duvet cover and pillows are an odd size
