London top must see by walking distance from this hotel
Great place to stay and make great walks around London city centre, all major London must see are 15-30 min walking . Good typical english breakfast. Helpfull stuff. Room ok
Do not use hotel restaurant - food is less then poor in taste and quality (tried 2 dishes)

The extremely friendly service by the Manager Anna, Mr Ardit , Victoria and the most loving Radha , they all were amazing and made us feel very comfortable and very special , with their extremely good hospitality. Ardit was amazing so was Anna , Radha and Victoria hats off to u
The worst behaviour was from Aaliya, and I think she was a trainee, and a very discriminatory behavior, the rudest attitude, and I raised it immediately with the manager Anna, What she did was a punishable offense , the entire stay was memorable for us until the last day just before we were about to leave, and I had to face this lady with such a high level 9f discriminatory behaviour

Decent hotel for those that are in London for a short stay and want to be close to the centre of London.
Walking distance to centre of London made getting to most attractions / locations easy. Staff were friendly and room was clean. Room accommodated family of 4 perfectly for a short stay.
Walls are thin and you can hear quite a lot from both internal and external. There is also a police station next door so be prepared to hear lots and lots of sirens. Hot breakfast food could have been kept hot better as we found this cold 2/3 days. Bathroom was separate to the toilet which was odd especially as there was no sink in the toilet.

Very Good
Great location and tidy bedroom. I had booked a room for 4 people. Asked for the sofa to be left up as the children weren't with me in the end. Got to the room and all that we had was a double bed and a chair. Not sure where the kids would have slept if they had been with me!!
Didn't feel like the staff really cared about the people. Very impersonal compared to other London hotels. No mention of things like the spa which I didn't know was there. I had booked a room for 4 people. Asked for the sofa to be left up as the children weren't with me in the end. Got to the room and all that we had was a double bed and a chair. Not sure where the kids would have slept if they had been with me!! Would have preferred a room with a bath as I had done London Marathon, shower was ok though and warm
